As we head into the final days of September, we want to take a moment to celebrate another successful Fall Fair!
A heartfelt thank you goes out to our incredible Home and School volunteers, staff members, families, students, and community partners who helped make the evening such a success. It was truly heartwarming to see so many Birchmount families come together on such a beautiful evening to celebrate our school community. Events like the Fall Fair remind us how fortunate we are to be part of such a caring and supportive school community.

Truth and Reconciliation Week
This week, Birchmount School will recognize the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day.
Students and staff are encouraged to wear orange shirts on Tuesday, September 29 as a visible reminder that Every Child Matters. On Tuesday morning, our school will participate in our annual Every Child Matters Walk as we continue our commitment to learning about First Nations, Inuit, and Métis histories, cultures, and ways of knowing and doing.
A reminder to families that Wednesday, September 30 is a provincial holiday. There will be no school as we recognize the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
Birchmount Swag Store Is Open!

Our Birchmount School Swag Store is now open and will remain open until Monday, October 12, 2026. This year’s store includes a variety of Birchmount clothing and accessories, including 2027 Grad apparel for our graduating students.
