Last week was a fantastic week at Birchmount School as our Bears had some fun while learning and experiencing some French language.  We were amazed and entertained by magician, Remi Boudreau.  We would like to thank our Home and School for partnering with us to be able to provide such a great treat for our students. Home and School fundraisers like Movie Nights and the upcoming annual Walk-A-Thon make events like this possible. 

Grade 6 Music Showcase

Our Grade 6 will have a spotlight on them this week as students are set to perform music they have worked on throughout the year.  Birchmount School will present a Grade 6 Showcase on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 from 1:40-2:40pm.  Featured classes include Mme. Olivier, Mme. Gagnon and Ms. Caul’s grade 6 homerooms as class rock bands, as well as select solo/duo performances from all grade 6 homerooms.  

Families are invited as guests but must let their child’s homeroom teacher know if they plan to attend by Tuesday, March 26 so we can prepare appropriate seating.   Seating will take place from 1:40-1:55 and the show will begin at 2:00pm.  We look forward to hearing their hard work! 

No School

There is no school for students on Monday, March 25 as teachers prepare for the next round of report cards. 

There is no school on Friday, March 29 and Monday, April 1 to recognize the Easter Weekend.
