Here are a few important updates and reminders for the week ahead:

PSSC Meeting – Monday, March 23 at 6:30 PM
Our Parent School Support Committee (PSSC) will be meeting Monday evening at Birchmount School. We will be discussing the 2026–2027 PSSC Committee. If you are interested in joining the PSSC or are curious about what the committee does, this is a great meeting to attend. We would love to see you there.

Report Cards & Parent-Teacher Interviews
Report cards will be sent home at the end of the day on Thursday, March 26.

• K–5 teachers will be reaching out to families to schedule Parent-Teacher Interviews on or around April 1 and 2.
• Middle School teachers, including Ms. LeClair, will be using Microsoft Bookings. You can schedule your interview HERE. 
• Unless special arrangements have been made, all interviews will take place in person at Birchmount School. If you have any questions, please reach out directly to your child’s homeroom teacher.

Wildcats Lunch – Tuesday, March 24
We are excited to welcome players from the Moncton Wildcats on Tuesday! They will be delivering Greco pizza to all students—at no cost to families.

What does this mean for you?
👉 No need to pack a lunch on Tuesday! (Yes, it’s the email everyone’s been waiting for.)

Students are encouraged to wear Wildcats gear or Birchmount swag to show their school spirit.

Home & School Pizza Sale
This month’s pizza sale has been cancelled. Refunds have been processed for any families who had already placed an order.

No School – Friday, March 27
There will be no classes for students on Friday, as staff will be engaged in professional learning.
