We’re thrilled to share some updates and reminders for the week ahead!

1. UNB’s Promise Partnership – After-School Program Begins
We are excited to partner with UNB’s Promise Partnership to bring an incredible after-schoolmentoring program to Birchmount School! This program begins this week, with specific students in Grades 3, 4, and 5 receiving invitations to participate in the very first mentoring block.

You can follow all the details and updates on their Facebook page. We look forward to seeing the positive impact this partnership will have on our students.

2. Winter Concerts – This Wednesday, January 29
Our Winter Concerts are almost here! We can’t wait to showcase the talent and hard work of our students. Here’s a reminder of the details:

• “Dazzling Lights” – 11:00 AM (K-2 classes)
• “Glow” – 1:00 PM (Grades 3-5 classes)

We hope to see you there to celebrate the creativity and efforts of our students!

3. Monthly Home and School Pizza Day – This Friday
This Friday is our Monthly Home and School Pizza Day! Pizza can be ordered using SchoolCash Online until Wednesday at noon. A big thank-you to our wonderful Home and Schoolvolunteers who make this event possible each month. Your hard work is greatly appreciated!

4. Traffic Reminder – Summerhill Drive
For families using Summerhill Drive for pick-ups and drop-offs, we kindly ask you to be mindful and respectful of our neighboring homes. Please also take a moment to remind your children to look both ways before crossing the street to ensure their safety. Your cooperation helps keep everyone safe and our community strong!
