Here’s today’s Mi’kmaq History Fact:

• The Medicine Wheel can symbolize many different things for each of the colours and directions – it all depends on who is using it, where they are from, and what they are using it for!

GSA is starts today!  What is GSA? A student directed club aimed at making our school safer and more inclusive for all.  How do we do it? That’s up to our members.  GSA will be every Day 5 in the Art room over lunch recess and lunch.  If you have questions, come check it out or talk with Trish, Mrs Brownell, Mrs Luikus-Bailey or Mrs Barkhouse.

Music Announcements:

• Junior Choir rehearses in the music room at morning recess.
• Senior Choir rehearses in the music room from 12:20- 12:50.

All students who are members of Cadets, Guides or Scouts:  We need you to form our colour party during the Remembrance Day Assembly on Nov. 10th.  Please see Mrs Boudreau in the Resource room for information.

Sports Announcements:

• There will be an open gym for boys’ volleyball today after school until 4pm.
