As we head into our final week of the 2025–2026 school year, we want to take a moment to reflect on what a wonderful year it has been. Thank you for your ongoing support, partnership, and commitment to making Birchmount such a caring and vibrant school community.

Walk-a-Thon Success

A big thank you to our Home and School Association for organizing another successful Walk-a-Thon. While final fundraising numbers are still being calculated, we are incredibly grateful for everyone’s support and enthusiasm in raising funds for Birchmount School. It is always such a special day filled with community spirit—we truly love it.

Volunteer Recognition

If you have donated any time by volunteering this school year.  Please join us to be recognized and thanked on Tuesday, June 16 at 3:15 PM in the school gym. 

Grade 8 Celebration and Dance

We are excited to celebrate our Grade 8 students on Thursday, June 18 at 6:00 PM.

• Grade 8 students should meet in the Tech Lab between 5:30–5:40 PM to line up
• Doors will open for guests at 5:45 PM

A heartfelt thank you to our Home and School Association and all volunteers who help make this milestone event so memorable for our students.

Last Day of School

The last day of school is Friday, June 19, and it will be a full day of classes. Report cards will be sent home with students at the end of the day.

Thank you again for your support and collaboration throughout this school year. It has been a pleasure working together to support our students’ learning and growth.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back when school reopens on August 31, 2026. The first day for students is September 8, 2026.  More details will be shared in September.
