Thank You – Night of the Arts
A big thank you to our middle school families who joined us for the Night of the Arts on Thursday evening. It was a wonderful showcase of student creativity and talent. We would also like to extend a special thank you to Ms. Hunter and Ms. Welch for taking the lead in organizing this event and highlighting student work so beautifully.

Home and School Meeting – Monday, May 11 at 6:00 PM
Home and School will be meeting on Monday, May 11 at 6:00 PM. A very special invitation is being extended to Grade 7 families to attend and learn how they can help support the Grade 8 Celebration and Dance.

At Birchmount, it is tradition for Grade 7 families to pay it forward by helping with the Grade 8 celebration, and we truly appreciate this continued spirit of community support.

Sistema Applications – Due Wednesday, May 13
Families with students in Kindergarten to Grade 3 who are interested in applying for Sistema are reminded that completed forms are due by Wednesday, May 13.

Cheer Team Cookie Fundraiser
Our Cheer Team is hosting another Cookie Fundraiser. Orders can be placed through School Cash Online by Wednesday, May 13, with cookies delivered on Thursday, May 14. Thank you for supporting our Cheer Team.

No Classes for Students – Friday, May 15
Please note that there are no classes for students on Friday, May 15, as all ASD‑East teachers will be attending the Annual NBTA General Meeting.
