Dixie Lee Fundraiser – Tuesday, November 25
Give yourself the night off from cooking and support a great cause!
On Tuesday, November 25, a portion of all sales at Dixie Lee will be donated directly to our Christmas Family Fund. Tell your friends, neighbours, and anyone else who appreciates not doing dishes—every meal helps!
Home & School Pizza Day – Friday, November 28
Our monthly pizza day is coming up on Friday, November 28.
All orders must be placed using SchoolCash Online by Wednesday, November 26 at noon.
A big thank you goes out to our wonderful Home & School volunteers for organizing this every month. They keep the pizza slices hot and the students happy—no small feat!
School Photos
Thank you to all families for your patience as we partnered with a new photography company this year, Pegasus. We think you’ll agree that the results were worth the wait—the photos are absolutely beautiful!
A reminder that all photo orders must be submitted by November 27 to guarantee delivery before the Holiday Break.
Retakes are scheduled for December 1 for any student who missed the original picture day or would like another shot (pun fully intended) at getting the perfect photo.
If your child needs retakes, please let their homeroom teacher know by the end of this week.
Please note that any photos taken on retake day will not be available before the Holiday Break.

Holiday Gift Mart – December 10
Mark your calendars! Our annual Birchmount Holiday Gift Mart takes place on Tuesday, December 10.
This cherished tradition allows students to “shop” for gifts for the grown-ups in their lives.
To make the event possible, we will be collecting donations of new or gently used items starting December 3.
Since students are choosing gifts for parents/guardians and other important adults, we’re looking for items that would make great presents for the special grown-ups in their world.
