School Photos Update

We wanted to share an update regarding school photos. Unfortunately, there has been a delay in receiving our proofs from the photography company. We have been reassured that they will arrive and be in families’ hands by Thursday of this week.

The company has promised to place a rush on all orders to ensure they arrive before the holidays, as long as families meet the November 27 order deadline.
Retakes have been rescheduled for December 1. Please note that students having retakes will not receive their photos in time for the holidays. We appreciate your understanding and patience—some parts of this process are simply out of the school’s control.

School Swag Orders

School Swag orders are due Sunday, November 16, by the end of the day. All orders will arrive in time for the holiday season—perfect for anyone hoping to add a little Birchmount spirit under the tree!

Home & School Meeting

The Home and School Association will be meeting Monday at 6:00 PM, here at Birchmount School. All families are welcome to attend.

No School Friday

A reminder that there are no classes this Friday. Teachers will be using the day to prepare first-term report cards, which will be sent home on December 3.
