It’s hard to believe, but we’ve reached the final week of the school year! Summer vacation is just around the corner, and we’re wrapping up an incredible year together.

🎉 Walk-A-Thon Success
Our Walk-A-Thon on Friday, June 13 was a huge success and a joyful celebration of community spirit. Thank you to everyone who participated, cheered, and supported. A special shout-out goes to our amazing Home and School team for organizing such a fantastic event! We’ll reveal the final fundraising total during our End of Year Assembly on Friday, June 20.

📅 Important Dates This Week
Here’s what’s coming up before we officially say “see you in September”:

• Monday, June 16 – Final Home and School Meeting at 6:00 PM at Birchmount School. It’s not too late to get involved, especially with our Grade 8 Celebration and Dance!
• Tuesday, June 17 – Volunteer Recognition Event at 3:15 PM in the school gym. If you gave your time to Birchmount this year and didn’t receive an invite, please call us at 506-856-3405 to RSVP — we’d love to celebrate you!
• Thursday, June 19 – Grade 8 Celebration & Dance at 6:00 PM.
  • Grade 8 students should arrive between 5:30–5:45 PM and head straight to Mr. Lean’s room.
  • Doors open for families and friends at 5:30 PM.
• Friday, June 20 – Last Day of Classes 🎒 and Report Card Distribution. It’s also the big day for our End of Year Assembly — bring on the cheers and happy tears!
