Save the Date: Birchmount Fall Fair
We are thrilled to announce that after many years, the Birchmount Fall Fair is back! Mark your calendars for Thursday, September 19, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. It will be a fun evening with bouncy castles, a BBQ, and games—a perfect way to meet the staff and enjoy time with family. School Photo Day
Get ready to smile! School Photo Day is on Wednesday, September 11. Don’t forget to send your child looking their best!

Safe Drop Off
Thank you for your cooperation with our new Safe Drop Off process. Please remember to have your child seated on the passenger side and wait for a staff member or volunteer to open the door before they exit. For everyone’s safety, there is no passing in the drop-off zone. If you need more time, kindly park in the parking lot or on a nearby road.

School Fees
A reminder that students must pay a $25 fee using SchoolCash Online. Birchmount is a cashless school, and registering for SchoolCash Online ensures your child doesn’t miss out on opportunities like field trips, pizza days, and popcorn sales.
